How long does it take to create my portrait?

Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 business days from the time you place your order. Once your portrait is complete, you'll receive a digital preview for approval. After approval, physical prints typically arrive within 5-7 business days depending on your location.

What photo should I use for the best results?

For the best results, use a high-resolution photo with good lighting where the subject is clearly visible. Photos taken in natural light work best. Avoid blurry, pixelated, or very dark images. If you're unsure about your photo, our team is happy to review it and provide guidance before you place your order.

Can I make changes after I see the preview?

Absolutely! We offer free revisions to ensure you're completely happy with your portrait. Once you receive your digital preview, you can request any adjustments you'd like. We'll make the changes and send you an updated preview. We won't proceed with printing until you give us your approval.

What is your refund policy?

We want you to love your portrait! If you're not satisfied with the final product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right, whether that means revisions or a full refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
