Thank you for shopping with Being Images. Our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with both our standard and custom-made products. Please read our return and refund terms carefully, as they apply to all purchases made on our website.


1. Standard Return Policy (Non-Custom Products) 

There is no return once the artwork is approved. We accept the return if any damage during the shipment.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Send a picture of the broken portrait or damaged portrait within 7 days of shipment received to support@beingimages.com
  • We will verify and send you a new portrait with the approved artwork.

⚠️ Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Approval Process

Once your return is approved, we will:

  • Provide a return shipping label
  • Provide instructions on how and where to send the package

2. Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Special orders
  • Gift cards
  • Sale/clearance items (final sale)

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before requesting a return.


3. Return & Refund Policy for Custom Image Approval Products

You’ll receive your custom digital proof within 5 business days (often earlier), and you’re free to request as many revisions as you need until the artwork feels perfect.

If, after revisions, you’re still not satisfied with the design, we’ll issue a full refund—no questions asked.

Once you approve the final artwork, production begins.

Because each piece is uniquely created for you and cannot be resold, all approved custom orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

A. Our Proofing & Revision Process

We use a secure proof approval system to ensure complete satisfaction before production begins.

Step 1 — Order & Upload:

You place your order and upload your image.

Step 2 — Proof Creation:

Our design team will create a digital proof and upload it to your customer portal. You’ll receive an email notification once it’s ready (be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it).


B. Refund Eligibility for Custom Products

1. Full Refund — Only if Final Proof Is Rejected from you

Once rejected:

  • We cancel the order and mark it as Unfulfilled & Cancelled
  • A refund will be issued within 5 to 7 business days

2. No Refund — After Approval

Once a proof is approved, the sale becomes final.

Approval includes:

  • Clicking “Approve Proof”, or
  • Leaving a supportive comment such as “Looks great,” “Proceed,” or similar

Because the item is custom-produced specifically for you, it cannot be resold or refunded after approval.

⚠️ Important:

Errors in the approved proof cannot be refunded, even if they appear in the physical product.


 
3. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Custom Products

If your custom item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Or contains a production error not present in the approved proof

We will offer a full replacement,

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos or documentation.
