1. What is Being Images?

Being Images is a global custom portrait service that transforms your favorite photos into beautiful, artist-crafted digital artworks. We specialize in pet portraits, family portraits, couple portraits, and home portraits—all designed to be meaningful, museum-quality keepsakes. We then print your portrait in your choice of frame and size and deliver it straight to your door. 

2. How does the process work?

Creating your custom portrait is simple:

1.    Upload your photo
2.    Select the type of artwork 
3.    Select your frame, size and add name if needed
4.    Our artists create your artwork
5.    You receive a preview for approval
6.    We print and ship your portrait
7.    You can also pay little extra to get a high-resolution digital file

This process is fast, easy, and perfect for customers across USA, Canada, and worldwide.
 

3. What do I receive with my order?

Every order includes:

1.    A premium printed framed portrait
2.    Secure delivery with tracking.
3.    A digital file if you have ordered

 

Photo Requirements

4. What kind of photos work best for a custom portrait?

Clear, high-resolution photos with good lighting produce the best results. Photos taken in natural daylight show more detail, which helps us create a higher-quality portrait.
 

5. Can you combine multiple photos into one portrait?

Yes — we can combine multiple photos into a single portrait, such as adding an extra pet or an extra person

 

However, because this requires more detailed work from our artists, there is an additional cost for each extra subject you want to add.

 

 We allow adding up to 4 additional people on family portrait. But for Pet, each pet portrait of pet will cost extra.

Simply upload the extra photos during the process.

 

This service is perfect for:

  • Memorial portraits combining past and present photos
  • Gift portraits for couples or families who don’t have a single picture together
     

6. Can you remove backgrounds or customise poses?

We can remove some objects while doing portrait process and can also offer background changes on some cases and if there is a complexity while removing objects or adding background, then we may have to reject the work.

To keep artwork authentic, all portraits are created based solely on your original photo.

 

7. Can I choose the art style?

Yes — you can select from the available portrait styles on our website.

We do not create custom or experimental styles outside our listed options.

Artwork & Revisions

8. Do I get a preview before you print and ship?

Yes, every customer receives a digital proof (preview) by email within 24–72 hours after your order is placed. This is a critical step to ensure your portrait meets your expectations before production begins.

9. Can I request changes to my portrait?

Yes. We offer an Unlimited Revision Guarantee. You may request minor adjustments (color, brightness, fine details) until you are 100% satisfied. Please note: Major changes (e.g., full background redesigns, changing the subject’s expression, or any major redesign) are not covered and may require an additional fee or a new order. If we do not receive a response within 7 calendar days, the proof will be considered automatically approved and printing will begin.
 

10. How do you create the artwork?

Each portrait is truly handcrafted using a blend of digital design and professional illustration techniques. Our artists start with your photo and enhance it through detailed brush-stroke techniques, color refinement, and stylized hand-drawn elements. It is not an automatic filter—every piece is carefully designed and illustrated by an actual artist to achieve a unique, premium, and natural-looking finish.

11. Do you offer canvas prints?

No—we specialize in premium framed prints designed for lasting quality. We offer three stylish frame options in three size options.

12. What frame styles do you offer?

We offer three carefully selected, modern frame styles that complement contemporary home décor. Specific styles are shown on the product page.
 

13. What portrait sizes do you offer?

We currently provide three popular print sizes suitable for various spaces: 8 x 10, 12 x 16, and 18 x 24.

14. Do you ship to USA and Canada?

Yes, we primarily ship across North America. We use reliable carriers, and all shipments include tracking and secure packaging. We are actively working on launching global delivery soon.

15. What is the delivery time?

Our estimated timeline is:
 

Artwork Creation: 24–72 hours

Printing & Framing (After Approval): 1–3 business days

Shipping Time (USA/Canada): Typically 3–7 business days.
 

Estimated delivery dates appear at checkout. While global delivery of physical prints is coming soon, customers worldwide can currently order high-resolution digital files.

16. Duties / Taxes

The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes levied on US–Canada cross-border orders.

17. Shipping carriers and Deliveries

All shipments include tracking. For added security, a signature may be required for certain high-value or complex orders.

Payment & Policies

18. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. We also accept secure online payments for international digital file orders.

19. Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer a full refund if you are not satisfied with the artwork during the proofing stage. However, once the artwork is approved and sent for printing, refunds will no longer be available, as the item is custom-made. 

20. Returns

Every artwork is custom-created just for you, so returns are not accepted. However, if your item arrives damaged or you are not satisfied with the physical quality, we will replace it completely free of charge.

21. Do I receive a digital file as well?

Yes—you can purchase the high-resolution digital file as an add-on during checkout. This allows you to print extra copies, share your portrait online, or use it for personal projects.

22. Who owns the artwork?

You may use your purchased artwork for personal use (printing, gifting, sharing online). Commercial use (selling prints, using it for business logos, etc.) is not allowed unless licensed separately. We reserve the right to use the artwork in our portfolio and marketing, but you can contact support to opt out of portfolio use.

23. How do I place an order?

Simply visit the product page for your desired portrait type (Pet, Family, etc.), upload your photo, choose your frame and size options, and complete checkout. The entire process is currently optimized for customers in the USA and Canada.
